MELANIE'S ROAST
This is my personal recipe I have been making for years through trial and error. I hope it can be a favorite of yours too. :)

Yield 1 crockpot roast and veggies
Number Of Ingredients 9
Steps:
- Place roast and cut up vegetables in a crock pot.
- Add sauces, pepper and the 2 bouillion cubes dissolved in the hot water.
- Cook on high for 6-8 hours or low for 12 hours.
- We prefer mashed potatoes, so I add celery in place of the potatoes in the crockpot.
- Also, you can adjust the sauces and pepper to your taste.

- Add water to the Instant Pot. Insert the trivet (the rack that came with the Instant Pot) and put beef on a trivet.
- Close the lid and turn the valve to a Sealing position. Press the "Pressure Cook" or "Manual" button and set the time for 20 minutes on High pressure if you like your roast beef "Medium", 30 minutes for "Medium Well" or 40 minutes for "Well Done".
- When it's done cooking, let the pressure release naturally completely (until the pin drops, about 20-25 minutes).
