Steps:

• Directions Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray 13x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Set aside 3/4 cup Sloppy Joe sauce. Mix remaining Sloppy Joe sauce, Egg Beaters, bread crumbs, onion, salt and pepper in large bowl until well blended. Add beef; mix just until combined. Shape meat mixture into a 9x5-inch rectangle in baking dish, pressing together firmly and flattening top. Spoon reserved Sloppy Joe sauce over top of meat mixture. Bake 40 minutes or until cooked through (160°F). Let stand 10 minutes before slicing. Cook's Tips To make 1 cup fresh bread crumbs, tear 2 slices firm bread into quarters and place in food processor. Pulse quickly to make crumbs. Bread, just beginning to dry out, works best. SLOPPY JOE MEATLOAF

Steps:

• in a large bowl combine all ingredients-do not over work the mixture as you will have a tough meatloaf.
• shape into a loaf and put in a deep baking dish.
• put in a preheated 350 degree oven on middle rack for 60-90 minutes.
• the center of the meat should reach 160 degrees on a meat thermometer.

Steps:

• In large mixing bowl add sausage,beef and onion.
• lightly mix in egg, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper.
• add the Manwich sauce, mix well,.
• reserve small amount of Manwich for last 15 minutes of cooking for the topping.
• Shape loaf In a shallow baking dish.
• pour out excess liquid every 15 minutes Bake at 350 for 45 mins.,.

MANWICH (COPYCAT)

Steps:

• Fry the beef and drain the fat.
• Add remaining ingredients to the skillet and bring to a boil.
• Lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
• Serve on toasted buns with your favorite condiments.
• Mine are cheese and mustard with pickles and chips on the side.
