Fresh Mango Smoothie With Yogurt image

Mango smoothie recipe with yogurt and fresh diced mango, made in the blender with ice, is a delicious treat.

1 cup mango (peeled and diced)
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt (or vanilla)
1/2 cup crushed ice
Optional: milk or water

Steps:

  • Gather the ingredients.
  • Place the diced mango, yogurt, and ice in a blender.
  • Blend or process until smooth.
  • If the smoothie is too thick, add a little milk or water and blend again.
  • Serve immediately. Enjoy.

2 ripe mangoes, peeled, pitted and chopped
2 cups Greek yogurt
1/2 cup mango nectar
1/2 cup white rum
Crushed ice
2 to 4 tablespoons simple syrup, depending on sweetness of mangoes

Steps:

  • Combine mango, yogurt, nectar, rum and a few cups of crushed ice in a blender and blend until smooth and frothy. Sweeten with simple syrup, if needed. Divide among 4 glasses and serve.
