MANGO STRAWBERRY SNOW CONES

Steps:

• 1. Fill a food processor with ice.
• 2. Process until the ice is very fine, like snow.
• 3. Add the mangoes and strawberries and pulse to blend.
• 4. Pile the crushed ice into dessert glasses or dishes and squeeze over the lime juice.
• 5. Garnish with lime wedges; serve immediately.

STRAWBERRY MANGO SNOW CONE

Steps:

• 1. Puree mangoes and strawberries, honey with the lime juice in a blender until fine and pureed. Pour into a jug and keep in the refrigerator.
• 2. Crush ice cubes in a blender until very fine like snow. Put a pile of snow into bowls or cups and pour the fruit puree on top until no more white ice can be seen.
• 3. Garnish with a thin slice of lime and mint leave on top. Serve immediately! :-) So Refreshing! Enjoy!!!

STRAWBERRY-MANGO ICE

Steps:

• Puree all the ingredients in a food processor or blender. Pour about 1/2 cup into paper cups. Freeze until set. Serve.

• Crush ice in a food processor or blender until it is very fine, like snow. Pile the crushed ice into dessert dishes; pour the fruit puree over until you can't see any more white.
• Alternatively, you can just blend everything up at the same time.
• Garnish with lime wedges and mint; serve immediately.
