Mai Kai Martini Recipes

GREEN JUICE MARTINI

Steps:

• For the green juice: Add the parsley, kale, lemon juice, ginger, celery, apples, cucumber and 1 cup water to a blender and blend until smooth. Strain through a cheesecloth or coffee filter-lined wire mesh strainer. (Green juice keeps, refrigerated in an airtight container, for up to 1 week.)
• For the martini: Add the gin and 8 ounces green juice to a shaker filled with ice (save the remainder for another use). Shake vigorously and strain into 4 martini glasses. Add 2 dashes of your favorite bitters to each glass, if using.

RED TRAM MARTINI

Steps:

• To enjoy "On The Rocks", pour ingredients over ice in rocks glass. To enjoy "Up" pour ingredients into shaker. Shake or stir, then pour into martini glass.

ROSEWATER MARTINI

Steps:

• Pour a splash of vodka into a large glass full of ice and add a splash of rosewater.Pour into shaker and shake until the outside of the shaker sweats. Pour into martini glasses. Add a splash of Banfi Brachetto Rosa Regale sparkling Rose to each glass.

MAI TAI COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Fill an old-fashioned glass with 1 cup crushed ice. Set aside in the freezer.
• Combine light rum, gold rum, orange Curacao, orgeat, and lime juice in a cocktail shaker. Add 1 cup ice, cover and shake until chilled. Strain into the chilled old-fashioned glass. Top with dark rum.
• Garnish with a wedge of pineapple and a maraschino cherry.
