Loaded Taco Salad Bowls Recipes
LOADED TACO SALAD BOWLS
Steps:
- Heat oven to 425ºF.
- Place tortillas in 9-inch square pan, folding up edges of tortillas as necessary to fit into pan and resemble 4 bowl shapes. Bake 8 to 10 min. or until lightly browned.
- Meanwhile, cook ground beef with TACO BELL® Taco Seasoning Mix as directed on package.
- Fill tortilla bowls with lettuce, rice, taco meat, guacamole, sour cream and TACO BELL® Shredded Taco Night Cheese just before serving.

Steps:
- In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat 6-8 minutes or until no longer pink, breaking into crumbles; drain. Stir in taco seasoning and water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 4-6 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally. Cool slightly., In a large bowl, toss lettuce with cheese. Top with beef mixture and chips; drizzle with dressing and toss to combine. Serve immediately.
