Here's what you need: flour tortillas, shredded cheese, pico de gallo, jalapeño

Yield 1 serving

Number Of Ingredients 4

Ingredients

2 flour tortillas
2 cups shredded cheese
½ cup pico de gallo
3 tablespoons jalapeño, sliced

Steps:

Place one tortilla in a pan over medium heat. Cover the tortilla with 1 cup of the cheese, half of the pico de gallo and the jalapeños.
Cover with the rest of cheese and place the second tortilla on top.
Cook until the cheese begins melting, then flip and cook on the other side until all cheese is melted.
Plate and enjoy.

Ingredients

2 cups shredded chicken
1 cup black beans
1 cup corn
1 jar salsa
1 cup shredded cheese blend
4 large flour tortillas
sour cream
guacamole
salsa

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
In a large pan over medium heat, cook the chicken, beans, corn, and salsa.
In a springform pan, lay down one tortilla, then top with chicken mixture and cheese.
Layer another tortilla on top and continue to stack until pan is full.
Top with more cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Top with sour cream, guacamole, and salsa.
Enjoy!
