CRISPY BAKED GARLIC PARMESAN CHICKEN WINGS



Crispy Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings image

Skip the takeout and make these delicious SUPER crispy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings at home for a fraction of the price! You can make this flavorful chicken as an appetizer or entree and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

2 lb chicken wings
2 tbsp garlic, minced
1/2 tsp red chili flakes
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ground black pepper
salt to taste
5 tbsp unsalted butter
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degree F. Line a parchment on a baking sheet and keep it ready.
  • Remove the extra moisture from the chicken wings by patting them with the kitchen towel. Place the chicken wings on the prepared parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl combine the seasonings; garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Sprinkle the prepared rub over the chicken wings.
  • Cook the wings in the oven for 20-25 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  • Meanwhile, prepare the garlic sauce; Melt the butter in a bowl, once it is cooled down add in the parmesan cheese, red chili flakes, garlic, and parsley. Mix it well combined.
  • Add the baked wings to the garlic parmesan bowl and toss it until well combined.
  • Transfer the garlic parmesan chicken wings to a plate and serve while it is still warm.

This creamy dressing welcomes all dippers--wings, vegetables and warm-from-the-oven breadsticks. On weeknights, it's destined to become your new salad go-to.

3 pounds chicken wings, split at the joint, wingtips removed and discarded
1 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, grated
Juice of 1 lemon
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
2 hearts romaine lettuce, leaves separated
Soft breadsticks, for serving

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil.
  • Spread the chicken on the prepared baking sheet and roast, flipping halfway with tongs, until very crisp, 45 to 50 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, whisk together the mayonnaise, Worcestershire, garlic and lemon juice in a large bowl. Season with salt and a generous amount of pepper. Reserve 1/2 cup of the sauce in a small bowl for dipping.
  • Using tongs, transfer the hot wings to the large bowl of sauce; sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of the Parmesan and toss well to coat. Transfer to a serving bowl and top with the remaining 2 tablespoons Parmesan and several grinds of black pepper. Serve with the romaine, breadsticks and reserved sauce for dipping.

1 (475 ml) bottle creamy caesar salad dressing, regular or 1 (475 ml) bottle light caesar salad dressing
1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons pepper

Steps:

  • Mix salad dressing, cheese and pepper in large bowl.
  • Add chicken wings, turn to coat.
  • Pour chicken into rectangular baking pan.
  • Bake at 350 F for approximately 45 minutes, or until chicken is golden brown on top.
