Les fleurs du mal cocktail (the flowers of evil) image

Blend rose vodka and absinthe with lemon juice and egg white to make this Halloween-inspired cocktail. It's ideal for a grown-up ghoulish party

Number Of Ingredients 5

50ml rose petal vodka (make your own if preferred - see tip below)
25ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
25ml egg white
5ml absinthe
strip of orange zest

Steps:

  • Put all the ingredients except the orange zest in a cocktail shaker and dry shake (no ice). Add ice to the shaker and shake again. Strain into an absinthe glass or small wineglass and squeeze the strip of orange zest on top of the drink for the aroma, then discard it.
