Number Of Ingredients 6

1 quart lime sherbet, softened
1/2 cup thawed limeade concentrate
2 tablespoons sugar
2 cans (12 ounces each) lemon-lime soda, chilled
1 to 2 cups crushed ice
Lemon slices and lime peel strips, optional

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, beat sherbet, limeade and sugar until blended. Stir in soda and ice. Serve in chilled glasses. If desired, top with lemon slices and lime peel.

1 qt lime sherbet
1 bottle champagne(mascato works well) or lemon lime soda for mocktail
1/2 c chopped fresh cilantro

Steps:

  • 1. Mix chopped cilantro in limeaide.
  • 2. Empty Frozen lime sherbet into punchbowl. Pour cilantro limeade over sherbet, followed by bubbly. Enjoy, favorite for any occasion.

2 quarts water
2 cups sugar
2 envelopes unsweetened lemon-lime soft drink mix
1 can (46 ounces) unsweetened pineapple juice
1 liter ginger ale, chilled
1 quart lime sherbet

Steps:

  • In a punch bowl, combine the water, sugar and soft drink mix; stir until dissolved. Stir in pineapple juice. Refrigerate until chilled. Just before serving, stir in ginger ale and top with scoops of sherbet.
