½ can of frozen BACARDI® Mixers Margarita mix
½ cup of BACARDI® Rum
6 ounces of lemonade
5 cups of ice
Lemon for garnish

Steps:

  • 1. Blend together BACARDI® Mixers Margarita mix, lemonade and BACARDI® Rum.
  • 2. Add ice and blend for 45 to 60 seconds or until uniform.
  • 3. Garnish with lemon slices.
  • Serves five people.

5-1/2 cups water, divided
1-1/4 cups sugar
3/4 cup lemon juice (about 4 lemons)
3/4 cup lime juice (about 4 limes)
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
1 teaspoon grated lime zest
Ice cubes

Steps:

  • In a large saucepan, bring 1-1/2 cups water and sugar to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes. Cool to room temperature. , Transfer to a 2-qt. pitcher. Stir in juices and peels. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Stir in remaining water. Serve over ice.

Steps:

  • In a blender, combine 1 cup water and mint leaves; cover and process for 1 minute.
  • Strain mixture into a pitcher,discarding mint. Add the lemon juice, honey,grated lemon peel, and remaining water, stir until blended.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Serve over ice. Garnish with mint sprigs and lemon peel if desired.
