Destined to become a kiwi classic. It's a bit sweet, it's a bit sparkly. If you like brandy...try this! Brandy over ice topped with lemonade and cream soda. You'll be delighted with the outcome. Number Of Ingredients 3

1 ounce brandy (2 if you are happy)
4 ounces lemonade (American style, homemade would be wonderful)
4 ounces cream soda (kiwis call it creaming soda)

Steps:

  • Fill a tall glass with ice.
  • Add brandy (1 to 2 shots, depending on how happy you are).
  • Add creaming soda and lemonade. Stir. Taste. Top up with additional cream soda or cold water if it's too strong.

Number Of Ingredients 7

5 cups water, divided
10 fresh mint leaves
1 cup lemon juice
2/3 cup honey
2 teaspoons grated lemon zest
Ice cubes
Mint sprigs and lemon zest strips, optional

Steps:

  • In a blender, combine 1 cup water and mint leaves; cover and process for 1 minute. Strain mixture into a pitcher, discarding mint. Add the lemon juice, honey, lemon zest and remaining water; stir until blended. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. , Serve in chilled glasses over ice. Garnish with mint sprigs and lemon zest if desired.

½ cup of BACARDI® Rum
6 ounces of lemonade
5 cups of ice
Lemon for garnish

Steps:

  • 1. Blend together BACARDI® Mixers Margarita mix, lemonade and BACARDI® Rum.
  • 2. Add ice and blend for 45 to 60 seconds or until uniform.
  • 3. Garnish with lemon slices.
  • Serves five people.

3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 -2 packet Splenda sugar substitute (dependant upon personal tastes)
4 ice cubes
6 -8 ounces cold water

  • Combine lemon and lime juices in a small cup.
  • Add Splenda and mix with a spoon.
  • Put ice Cubes in cup and pour cold water over top.
  • Sip and Enjoy!
