Lemon Cake Bars Two Ingredient Recipes

2 INGREDIENT LEMON BARS

Steps:

• Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
• Combine the cake mix and lemon pie filling together in a mixing bowl.
• Spray a 9X13 baking pan with non stick spray.
• Bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick insert into the middle comes out clean.
• Dust with Powder Sugar (Optional), slice and enjoy!

Steps:

• Heat the oven to 350°F, and spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with nonstick cooking spray. In a large bowl, stir together the angel food cake mix and lemon pie filling. Once fully mixed, add to the prepared pan, and bake for about 35 minutes, until fully cooked and the top is lightly browned. Let the cake cool, cut it into bars, and if desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Steps:

• Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and thoroughly oil or spray your 9 x 13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
• In a large mixing bowl, combine the angel food cake mix with the lemon creme pie filling. Mix just until the cake mix is incorporated into the lemon creme (or lemon curd), as you don't want to over-mix the batter.
• Transfer the lemon batter to your prepared baking dish, and use a spatula to smooth the top. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is lightly golden browned and an inserted tooth pick comes out with minimal crumb (but no batter clinging to the tooth pick).
• Remove the lemon bars from the oven when done and place on a wire cooling rack to cool completely before slicing and serving. Dust with confectioners sugar, if desired.

LEMON CAKE BARS - TWO INGREDIENT

Steps:

• Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
• Spray a 13x9 baking dish with cooking spray.
• In a large bowl or using your stand mixer, mix together the lemon pie filling and the angel food cake mix until smooth with no lumps.
• Pour the mixture into your prepared baking dish. Smooth out the top with a spatula.
• Bake at 350 degrees for 28-35 minutes or until slightly golden.
• Top with powdered sugar if desired.

TWO-INGREDIENT LEMON BARS RECIPE - (4.5/5)

Steps:

• Mix the cake mix & the pie filling together by hand until moist. Be sure not to over stir. Bake in a 9x13 cake pan at 350 degrees until golden brown on the top (about 20 minutes). Cool completely before eating. As they are cooling, you can sprinkle with powder sugar if you wish (Which I guess technically makes this a 3-ingredient recipe). They have more of an angel food cake texture than a traditional lemon bar texture.

• 1. Mix dry cake mix and cans of pie filling together in large bowl.I just mixed it by hand...
• 2. Pour into greased 9 x 13″ baking pan.
• 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until top is starting to brown. NOTE...Mine took the full 25 minutes to get done and did not brown on top at all :))
• 4. Cool on wire rack and sprinkle with powered sugar. It has a melt in your mouth spongy texture.
