Steps:
- Pour the sour apple schnapps into a 1 1/2-ounce shot glass. Gently pour in the grenadine. (It will sink to the bottom to make the red layer.) Shake the bottle of cinnamon schnapps, then turn the bottle upside down to bring the gold flakes to the top. Measure out 3/4 ounce. Hold a small spoon upside down inside the glass, directly over the apple schnapps layer. Gently pour the cinnamon schnapps over the back of the spoon to make the third layer.

Steps:
- Make the chocolate syrup: Bring the sugar and 1 1/2 cups water to a boil in a medium pot. Add the cocoa powder, vanilla and salt and whisk until well combined. Let cool completely.
- For each drink, pour about 1 1/2 teaspoons of the chocolate syrup into a chilled shot glass and freeze until slightly firm, 5 to 10 minutes. Slowly pour the half-and-half on top of the chocolate syrup, then top with seltzer. Stir before drinking. (Refrigerate any leftover chocolate syrup for up to 6 months.)

- Eggnog Pudding Shots. These eggnog pudding shots are just as sweet and tasty as the cookie shooters above. However, these come with rum (or bourbon), so they’re 21 and up only.
