EASY TUNA CASSEROLE
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Combine topping ingredients and set aside.
- Boil noodles al dente according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- Cook onion and celery in butter until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a large bowl combine noodles, onion mixture, peas, soup, milk, cheese, tuna and parsley. Mix well.
- Spread into a 2qt casserole dish and top with crumb topping.
- Bake 18-20 minutes or until bubbly.

LARRY'S EZ TUNA CASSEROLE
This is my husband's recipe. He's been making it since he was a kid. My family loves it. Great for those days that you forget to take something out of the freezer to defrost for dinner. This is good hot or cold, so it's perfect as left-overs or as pre-made meal. However, I don't recommend reheating (but that's just my opinion).

Steps:
- Cook pasta shells as directed on package. Drain and put back into the pot (the heat will help remove any excess water).
- Stir in the tuna & cream of mushroom soup.
- Add salt & pepper (to taste).
- Stir in the can of peas.
- Serve & Enjoy!
