Lactose Free Peach-Mango Lassi image

Fresh mango and lactose free yogurt are a wonderful take on an Indian yogurt drink.

1 cup ice
1 1/2 cups chopped mango
1 cup original-flavored soymilk
2 containers (6 oz each) Yoplait® Lactose Free peach yogurt
Ground ginger

Steps:

  • In blender, place all ingredients except ginger. Cover; blend on medium speed about 2 minutes or until smooth.
  • Pour into 4 glasses; top with ginger. Serve immediately.

1 cup fat-free plain yogurt
1 medium mango, peeled and cubed
2 cups ice cubes
3 tablespoons sugar
5 fresh mint leaves
2 cardamom pods, crushed, optional

Steps:

  • In a blender, combine the yogurt, mango, ice, sugar, mint leaves and cardamom pods if desired. Cover and process for 30-60 seconds or until blended. Pour into two chilled glasses; serve immediately.
