Easy Key Lime Pie image

You need only five ingredients to create this refreshing, easy Key lime pie. It's special enough for weekend potlucks, but easy enough to make for a weeknight dessert. —Taste of Home Test Kitchen

1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup Key lime juice or lime juice
1 graham cracker crust (9 inches)
2 cups whipped topping
Lime slices, optional

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in milk and lime juice until blended. Transfer to crust. Refrigerate, covered, at least 4 hours. Just before serving, garnish with whipped topping and, if desired, lime slices.

I found this recipe in a Weight Watchers cookbook but I have made it my "own". I have chosen to use fat free products in my recipe. It's so easy to make. I suppose with some imagination you could take this basic recipe and make all sorts of flavors. As a citrus LOVER I have made key lime and lemon. Enjoy!!!

1 reduced fat graham cracker crust
1 can of fat free sweetened condensed eagle brand milk
1/2 c fresh lime juice
1 8 oz. container of fat free cool whip
the zest of 1 lime
reddi wip for garnish with sliced lime or lime zest

Steps:

  • 1. Mix the lime juice with the sweetened condensed milk. You may want to add a drop or two of green food coloring.
  • 2. Add the cool whip to the above mixture. Do not over mix. Fold in the lime zest.
  • 3. Pour the mixture into the pie shell and then into the freezer for at least 6 hours. Top with Fat Free Reddi Wip and most of all ENJOY!!!

5 egg yolks, beaten
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
½ cup key lime juice
1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Combine the egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk and lime juice. Mix well. Pour into unbaked graham cracker shell.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Allow to cool. Top with whipped topping and garnish with lime slices if desired.

I've been making this key lime pie for my family and it is so delicious and so easy, it would be a shame not to share.The true beauty about it is prep time and baking time. Only bakes for 15 minutes! I know you and yours will rave about it! Enjoy!

1 can(s) sweetened condensed milk (14oz)
4 - egg yolks, beaten
1/2 cup(s) key lime juice (or regular lime juice)
1 - 9inch graham cracker pie crust
- whipped cream, sweetened or cool whip

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees. Whisk together the sweetened condensed milk and beaten egg yolks. Slowly add the lime juice, whisking as you do. The mixture should begin to thicken. Pour into the prepared graham cracker pie crust. Bake for about 15 minutes or until filling is almost set. Do not brown the pie. Let cool, then refrigerate until chilled. Serve with whipped cream or topping.
