KAHLUA CREAM BREAD (ABM)
This came from my Bread Maker's Bible. This looks like a fun and decadent tea cake that requires yeast and a dough cycle in a bread machine (accounted for in prep time, my machine has a 90-min cycle.) It's called a cream bread but contains no cream. Omit the wheat gluten if using bread flour. I believe it makes a 1.5-lb loaf. It says that you use more Kahlua, use proportionately less water. This isn't a quickbread though!

Steps:
- Put all the ingredients in your bread machine in the order listed by the manufacturer EXCEPT for the chocolate chips, selecting the dough cycle.
- When the dough cycle ends, put the dough onto a lightly-floured surface. Cover with a dishcloth and let rest for 10 minutes.
- Roll the dough out into a big rectangle, and sprinkle with the chocolate chips. Approx 1 cup, more or less, and a mixture of white and chocolate chips would be neat.
- Roll it up into a loaf, and place into a lightly-buttered loaf pan, cover with the dishcloth, and let rise for 45 minutes.
- Uncover and slash the top with a knife carefullhy. Brush with milk.
- Bake at 375F for 25-30 minutes, then let cool on a cake rack.

ARGENTINE CHIMICHURRI BREAD (ABM)
Spicy Argentina Chimichurri Seasoning in a Bread Machine! Full of herbs and spice. You can process completely on bread cycle or process as dough, shape into a loaf, let rise (about 30-45 min.) and bake at 400 until golden brown. Comes from "The Best Bread Machine Cookbook Ethnic Breads", posted for ZWT, Argentina. Time in bread machine is not included in prep or cooking time.

- Mix all ingredients in order suggested by bread machine manual, process on bread cycle.
- Or -- process on dough cycle, remove dough, place in well oiled loaf pan, cover, let rise until doubled (about 30-45 min.), bake at 400 until golden brown,(about 20-25 min.) remove from oven, rub top with butter.
KAHLUA & BAILEYS CHOCOLATE CREAM PIE
I lost my old recipe for Kahluah Pie and there were none like it on this site, so I improvised. It is silky, rich and I love the consistency: not too firm, soft and smooth but holds it's shape. And my crust stayed crisp! The toasted almonds are the perfect complement in flavor and crunch. A sliver is a serving - it is SO rich - and it can be made with any liqueur you like, Baileys and 'Hot Damn' (cinnamon) would be good, like the drink 'Oatmeal Cookie'.

Steps:
- Toast almonds in a 300 degree oven while melting choc. chips in a double boiler. Watch the almonds CAREFULLY, they burn in a flash.
- With a hand mixer, beat melted chocolate into the cream cheese till it is smooth and glossy and holds it's shape.
- Beat in liqueur by the 1/4 cup.
- In another bowl, whip the cream, adding in the pudding mix and the salt; beat untill it is very stiff.
- On low, blend the two mixtures together completely.
- Pour into a pie crust and decorate or garnish with the toasted almonds.
- Refrigerate until set, about 4 hours; this pie improves with age.
- You can make this far more chocolatey if you double the choc. chips.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 375^. Grease well bottoms and corners (not sides) of 2 loaf pans (5x8-inches). Set aside.
- 2. Using an electric mixer, cream shortening and sugars. Add eggs, one at a time beating well after each addition.
- 3. Add pineapple and juice, and mashed banana, mix well.
- 4. Next, add the Kahlua and cream; mix well to combine.
- 5. Add 1 cup of the flour and mix to blend. In the second cup of flour add the baking powder and baking soda, stir to blend slightly. Add to batter; mix to blend well.
- 6. Mix in the vanilla and coconut extracts; blend.
- 7. Remove bowl from mixer and fold in the coconut and the nuts until combined.
- 8. Pour evenly into the prepared pans.
- 9. Bake in 375^ oven for 25 minutes. Turn pans around.
- 10. Then turn oven to 350^ and bake for 20 more minutes or until tested done with a wooden toothpick. Let cool in pan for 5 minutes.
- 11. Then remove by running a table knife around edges and turn oven in your oven mitt hand and tap bottom of loaf out and place on wire rack to cool.
- 12. If desired, make a drizzle of orange juice and powdered sugar for the top and decorate with maraschino cherry halves.
SWEDISH LIMPA BREAD- ABM
Limpa has always been one of my favorite breads, and now I can make it in the bread machine! I use the dough cycle for this, then rise and bake in the oven. Mom always includes the orange rind, but it's not my favorite, so I leave it out. My house tends to be a little cool in the winter, so I use the oven light to proof my dough. If your house is warmer, then rise in whatever manner works for you. Cooking time includes the bread machine cycle time, plus baking time. Prep time includes rising time.

- Place all of the ingredients into your bread machine, following the instructions for you particular model.
- Set the machine for the dough setting, and walk away.
- 30 minutes before the end of the cycle, place a loaf pan or baking sheet in your oven. Turn on the light, and shut the oven door.
- When the dough cycle is done, remove the dough from the machine, and place in the loaf pan, or shape and place on the baking sheet.
- Place the dough in the warm oven, and let rise for 20-30 minutes.
- Remove the loaf from the oven, and preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Bake the loaf for 25 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, and let cook on a rack.
KAHLUA WHIPPED CREAM
I was making flower7's #130571 and had some extra Kahlua left over, so I decided to make some home made whipped cream with it to top my peanut butter pie. It's really fluffy and has only a taste of coffee liquor. It's a refreshing treat for a summertime dessert. (I eyeball my amounts, so exact measurements may be a lil more/less depending on taste.

- In a chilled bowl, add all of the ingredients.
- Beat ingredients with a hand mixer on "high" for about 1 minute (until cream gets stiff and fluffy).
