EASY MINT CHOCOLATE CHIP ICE CREAM

Steps:

• In a large bowl, stir together the milk, cream, sugar, salt, vanilla extract and peppermint extract until the sugar has dissolved. Color to your liking with the green food coloring.
• Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker, and freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions. After about 10 minutes into the freezing, add the chocolate chips. After the ice cream has thickened, about 30 minutes later, spoon into a container, and freeze for 2 hours.

KAHLUA & ICE CREAM

Steps:

• Add large scoop of ice cream to frosted individual dessert dishes.
• Pour Kahlua liquor over ice cream.
• Viola . . . dessert fit for king!

• 1. Line sides and bottom of 10 inch springform pan w with lady fingers 2. Stir together softened ice cream, add instant coffee and Kahlua, stir well 3. Stir in 7 of the crushed candy bars 4. Spoon ice cream into prepared pan 5. Freeze until solid 6. Spread Cool Whip 7. Sprinkle with remaining candy bar and freeze until serving time
