1/2 cup butter
1 tablespoon sugar
2 egg yolks
2 egg whites, beaten stiff
1 cup buttermilk
1 pinch salt
1 cup cake flour
1 tablespoon cake flour
4 teaspoons baking powder

Steps:

cream butter( i melted it)and sugar add yolks.
add sifted dry ingredients ( i used regular flour and 1/4 c cornstarch ).
add milk.
fold in whites.
pam iron.
