Ingredients

2 cups cold milk
1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 can (21 ounces) cherry pie filling
1 cup granola without raisins
Whipped topping, optional

Steps:

In a bowl, beat milk and pudding mix on low speed for 2 minutes or until thickened. Refrigerate for 10 minutes. Spoon half of the pudding into four parfait glasses. Top each with 3 tablespoons pie filling and 2 tablespoons granola. Repeat layers. Garnish with whipped topping if desired.

10 reduced-fat vanilla creme-filled chocolate sandwich cookies, divided
1 pkg. (1 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Sugar Free Fat Free Instant Pudding
1-1/2 cups cold fat-free milk
1 cup BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
1 cup fresh blueberries, divided
1/2 cup thawed COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping

Steps:

Cut 2 cookies in half; chop remaining cookies.
Beat pudding mix and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min. Let stand 5 min. Stir in sour cream and 3/4 cup blueberries; spoon into 4 (8-oz.) parfait glasses. Cover with chopped cookies. Refrigerate 1 hour.
Top with COOL WHIP, halved cookies and remaining blueberries just before serving.
