1 cup cold orange juice

Steps:

  • Add boiling water to gelatin mix in medium bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in orange juice.
  • Pour into 4 dessert dishes.
  • Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.

ice cubes
1/2 cup cold water
1/2 cup thawed COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping

Steps:

  • Add boiling water to gelatin mix iin medium bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Pour into blender. Add enough ice to cold water to measure 1-1/4 cups; add to blender. Blend 30 sec. or until smooth.
  • Add COOL WHIP; blend well.
  • Pour into 4 dessert dishes. Refrigerate 20 min. or until firm.

3 ounces strawberry gelatin (4-servings)
3/4 cup boiling water
ice cube
1/2 cup cold water
1/2 cup thawed whipped topping

Steps:

  • Dissolve dry gelatin mix in boiling water in bowl. Add enough ice cubes to cold water to measure 1-1/4 cups; add to gelatin mixture. Add to blender; cover and blend 30 sec.
  • Add whipped topping; cover. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour evenly into 4 dessert dishes. Refrigerate at least 20 minute or until set. Store leftover dessert in refrigerator.

1/2 cup non-dairy powdered coffee creamer
2 tablespoons powdered egg whites
2 cups hot water
3/4 cup cold water
3/4 cup ice (Make 1 1/2 cups of ice water)

Steps:

  • Mix Jello and hot water in a blender about 1 minute on high.
  • Add creamer and blend for 30 seconds.
  • Add cold water and ice and blend until ice has dissolved.
  • Add powdered egg whites and blend for about one minute.
  • Pour into glasses slowly.
  • Refrigerate and it will separate just like you remember it.

1 1/2 cups boiling water
1 (8 ounce) container of frozen Cool Whip

Steps:

  • Stir boiling water into JELL-O in a bowl until dissolved.
  • Add 2/3 of frozen COOL WHIP to same bowl one spoonful at a time, whisking until it is melted and blended.
  • Pour into small clear drinking glasses.
  • Refrigerate at least 3 hours, until set.
