- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2. In a medium bowl mix well the first 9 ingredients,then add pork and mixing well again.
- 3. Shape into a loaf and place into a small greased rectangular baking dish.
- 4. Mix together topping ingredients, and pour over meatloaf.
- 5. Bake uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until no longer pink.

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Combine beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and Italian seasoning in a large bowl. Season with salt and black pepper. Transfer mixture to a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center, about 30 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, eggs, bread crumbs and ketchup. Season with Italian-style seasoning, oregano, basil, garlic salt, diced tomatoes and cheese. Press into a 9x5 inch loaf pan, and cover loosely with foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven approximately 1 hour, or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).

- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- Heat the olive oil in a medium sauté pan over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic, carrot and celery and cook, stirring frequently, until softened, 5-7 minutes. Do not brown. Let cool until just warm.
- In a bowl large enough to hold all of the ingredients, whisk the eggs with the basil, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
- Add the meat, bread crumbs, cheese, and cooked vegetables to the egg mixture and mix with your hands until just evenly combined.
