This truly is the most delicious stuff! A bit like a cross between corn souffle and a slightly sweet corn pudding! Try it, I know you will love the ease of preparation and especially the taste. Everyone always wants the recipe! Note: The ingredients can be doubled and baked in a 9x13 inch baking dish in almost the same amount of cooking time.

½ cup butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
1 (8.5 ounce) package dry corn bread mix
1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (14.75 ounce) can creamed corn
1 cup sour cream

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), and lightly grease a 9x9 inch baking dish.
  • In a medium bowl, combine butter, eggs, corn bread mix, whole and creamed corn and sour cream. Spoon mixture into prepared dish.
  • Bake for 45 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the top is golden brown.

1-1/2 pounds bulk Italian sausage
1-1/2 pounds ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped green pepper
2 cans (15 ounces each) tomato sauce
2 cans (6 ounces each) tomato paste
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
2 cans (8-3/4 ounces each) whole kernel corn, drained
2 cans (2-1/4 ounces each) sliced ripe olives, drained
1 package (16 ounces) wide noodles, cooked and drained
8 ounces cheddar cheese, cut into strips

Steps:

  • In a Dutch oven over medium heat, cook sausage, beef, onion and green pepper until meat is no longer pink; drain. Add the tomato sauce, tomato paste, water and seasonings; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Add corn and olives. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in noodles. , Pour into two greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dishes. Top with cheese. Cover and bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until heated through.

1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 pinch salt and ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Heat a skillet over high heat. Heat butter in hot skillet until almost completely melted; stir in corn. Season corn with Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Cook seasoned corn until light golden brown, about 5 minutes.

This is a recipe I whipped up on my own, I am always creating new recipes. Its a delicious,and simple recipe that is done in about 20 minutes.

1 (15 1/4 ounce) can golden whole kernel corn
1 (15 1/2 ounce) can cream-style sweet corn
1 sweet onion (chopped)
sliced roasted sweet red pepper
1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
smashed saltine crackers
salt
pepper

Steps:

  • -Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  • -Prepare a greased pan, sprinkle some of the crushed saltines mixed with the italian bread crumbs.
  • -Mix All ingredients together in a bowl(onions, peppers, kernel corn, cream corn, italian bread crums, mozzarella, parmesan, salt and pepper).
  • -After it is all mixed pour it all in the oven pan.
  • -On top sprinkle some more of the crushed saltines and italian bread crumbs. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella, and parmesan.Cover with Foil.
  • - Bake for about 18-20 minutes.
  • ITS READY TO BE SERVED! ENJOY!

1 pound(s) lean ground beef, cooked and drained
1/2 pound(s) italian sausage, cooked and drained (optional)
1 jar(s) jar of favorite pasta sauce or homemade marinara sauce
3 can(s) whole kernel corn, drained
2 1/2 cup(s) cheddar cheese, grated or italian blend or other cheese of your liking
1/2 cup(s) parmesan cheese, grated
1 large 16 oz. package of rotini pasta (vegetable is great)
1 can(s) mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1 large yellow onion
2 tablespoon(s) minced garlic
1 1/2 tablespoon(s) dried basil
1 tablespoon(s) parsley
1/2 teaspoon(s) ground marjoram
1/2 teaspoon(s) ground rosemary
1/2 teaspoon(s) dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon(s) dried oregano
1/2 cup(s) white cooking wine
1 can(s) diced tomatoes
3/4 cup(s) packed brown sugar
splash red wine vinegar
2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
2 tablespoon(s) butter

Steps:

  • Cook the pasta al dente ('till you can cut it with a fork; usually about 8 minutes). While you wait for water to boil and pasta to cook, begin cooking the meat/s.
  • Cook meat/s, adding splash of red wine vinegar and drain when cooked. Set aside.
  • In a large skillet, add 2 Tbs. of olive oil and 2 Tbs. of butter. Heat until butter is melted and well combined. Add chopped onion and garlic. cook until almost translucent. Add wine. Cook until onions and garlic are translucent and tender. Next add seasonings one at a time; rubbing in the palm of your hand to crush well before adding. When completely cooked, stir into the meat.
  • When pasta is cooked, drain thoroughly. Pour meat mixture, cheeses, pasta sauce, drained canned corn and add brown sugar. Stir well, mixing thoroughly over medium heat to heat well throughout.
  • Serve hot with a green salad or side of zucchini and garlic toast.
