Steps:
- In a shaker, combine the lime juice, pineapple juice, simple syrup, coconut purée, orange-flower water, rum and gin. Use an immersion blender to purée the mixture and give it volume.
- Add ice and the club soda to the shaker. Shake for 30 seconds, then strain into a tall, stemmed glass. Garnish with a wide twist of lime.

- Place cloves and allspice berries on cheesecloth and tie into a packet. In a deep, heavy, nonreactive pot, combine the spice packet and all remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally until a thick, pulpy sauce is formed, about 50 to 60 minutes.
- Pass mixture through a sieve into a bowl, pressing with the back of a spoon to extract pulp. Let cool, then transfer to jars and refrigerate. The ketchup will keep 3 weeks in a refrigerator, 6 months in a freezer.

- Toss the tomatoes with 2 tablespoons oil, garlic and salt. Place cut side down in a 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Bake at 450° for 20-25 minutes or until tender. Chop when cool enough to handle., Cook ziti according to package directions, adding broccoli during the last 4 minutes. Meanwhile, in a large skillet over medium heat, cook sausage in remaining oil until no longer pink. Add pepper flakes; cook 1 minute longer. Stir in tomatoes and heat through. , Drain ziti mixture; toss with sausage mixture. Sprinkle with cheese.
