MINI MONKEY BREAD

- Cut each biscuit into six pieces. In a small bowl, combine the butter, garlic, parsley, thyme and chives. Place Parmesan cheese in another bowl. Dip biscuit pieces in butter mixture, then roll in cheese. Place in two 4-in. tube pans coated with cooking spray. , Bake at 375° for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan. Serve warm.

INDIVIDUAL MONKEY BREAD
Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°. Lightly grease foiled lined muffin tins. Start with preparing biscuits, cutting each biscuit into quarters. In a Ziploc bag, combine 1/2 cup sugar, 1/3 cup brown sugar, and the cinnamon. Place 5-6 quarters in the bag, and shake to cover with sugars. Put coated biscuit pieces in lightly greased foil lined muffin tins. Prepare sauce: Melt butter, then add 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup brown sugar, and simmer until completely melted and slightly thickened. Pour sauce over bread. Bake for 45-55 minutes, depending on type of biscuits. Let cool for 20 minutes, allowing bread to set up and hold its shape.

- Grease 12 muffin cups. Mix 1/2 cup melted butter and 1/2 cup brown sugar. Spoon 1 tablespoon into each muffin cup.
- Mix 1/4 cup sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon in 1 gallon bag. Cut biscuits into 6 pcs each. Shake pcs in bag.
- Place 10 pcs in each muffin cup. Bake at 350 for 12-15 min. Let cool 1 min. Turn out upside down and eat warm!

- Cut each dinner roll into 6 equal pieces. In a bowl, combine butter and corn syrup and stir until well mixed. In another bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon and mix well. Dip each roll piece in the butter mixture and then in the sugar mixture. Place 6 pieces in each well sprayed cup of a 12 cup muffin tin. Cover with sprayed plastic wrap and let double in size. Remove wrap and bake at 350°F 15-20 minutes. Cool 3-4 minutes before removing from pan. Combine icing ingredients and mix well. Drizzle over monkey breads if desired.

- Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 12 nonstick regular muffin cups (2 3/4 x 1 1/4-inch) with shortening or spray with cooking spray. Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon in 1-gallon resealable food-storage plastic bag.
- Separate dough into 10 biscuits; cut each in 6 pieces. Shake pieces in bag to coat. Place 5 pieces in each muffin cup; press pieces into cup. Discard any remaining sugar mixture.
- In 1-quart saucepan, heat butter and brown sugar over medium heat, stirring frequently, until butter is melted and mixture is smooth. Spoon 1 1/2 teaspoons mixture over biscuit pieces in each cup.
- Bake 14 to 16 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly around edges. Cool 1 minute. Place cookie sheet upside down onto pan; turn cookie sheet and pan over; remove pan. Serve warm.
