GLUTEN-FREE IMPOSSIBLY EASY PIZZA BAKE
Bisquick™ Gluten Free pancake and baking mix, gluten-free pepperoni and cheese make this an impossibly delicious meal!

Steps:
- Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. In medium bowl, cut shortening into Bisquick mix with fork until particles are size of small peas. Stir in milk and eggs until soft dough forms. Drop half of dough by spoonfuls* evenly in bottom of baking dish (dough will not completely cover bottom of dish).
- Drizzle about 1 cup pizza sauce over dough. Arrange half of the pepperoni slices evenly over sauce. Top with 1 cup of the cheese. Repeat layers with remaining dough, pizza sauce, pepperoni and cheese.
- Bake 22 to 26 minutes or until golden brown, biscuits in center are cooked and cheese in center is bubbly.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray an 8-quart glass baking dish with cooking spray.
- Combine beef, sausage, garlic, dried onion, and garlic salt in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir until meat is almost browned, about 5 minutes. Add mushrooms and olives; cook until mushrooms have browned and olives are heated through, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Layer 6 tortillas in the bottom and up the sides of the baking dish. Spread 1/2 to 3/4 of the pizza sauce over the tortillas. Sprinkle 1 cup of cheese on top. - Spray a 9 inch pie pan with cooking spray.

- Heat oven to 425F.
- Grease pie pan and sprinkle 2/3 cup onion and 1/3 cup parmesan in plate.
- Beat eggs, milk and bisquick until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand blender.
- Pour into plate.
- Bake 20 minutes.
- Spread sauce over top.
- Layer remaining ingredients on sauce.
- Bake until cheese is light brown, about 15-20 minutes.
- Cool 5 minutes and serve.
