1/2 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup chopped nuts
2 tablespoons firm butter or margarine
3 cups sliced peeled tart apples (3 medium)
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon butter or margarine, softened
2 eggs

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 325°F. Spray 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray. In small bowl, mix 1/2 cup Bisquick mix, the brown sugar and nuts. Cut in 2 tablespoons butter, using pastry blender (or pulling 2 table knives through ingredients in opposite directions), until crumbly; set aside.
  • In medium bowl, mix apples, cinnamon and nutmeg. Spread in pie plate.
  • In medium bowl, stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour into pie plate. Sprinkle with streusel.
  • Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean and top is golden brown. Cool 5 minutes. Serve warm or cool. Store covered in refrigerator.

1 c original bisquick mix
1/2 c packed brown sugar
1/4 c butter or margarine
3/4 c chopped nuts
FRUIT MIXTURE:
6 c apples, sliced peeled tart (6 medium)
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1 c original bisquick mix
1 c granulated sugar
1 c milk
2 Tbsp butter or margarine, melted
4 eggs, beaten

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray.

2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon butter or margarine, softened
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
3/4 cup Cool Whip frozen whipped topping, thawed
1/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts, if desired
Caramel topping, warmed, if desired

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 9-inch glass pie plate with shortening or spray with cooking spray. In small bowl, mix bananas and lemon juice; set aside.
  • In medium bowl, stir remaining ingredients except whipped topping, walnuts and caramel topping until blended. Add banana mixture; stir until blended. Pour into pie plate.
  • Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely, about 1 hour. Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours or until chilled.
  • Spread pie with whipped topping; sprinkle with walnuts. Drizzle with caramel topping before serving. Store covered in refrigerator.
