Impossible Chicken Parmesan Pie Recipes

IMPOSSIBLY EASY ITALIAN CHICKEN PIE

Steps:

• Heat oven to 400°F. Grease 9-inch pie plate.
• Sprinkle Parmesan cheese in pie plate. Mix chicken, 1/2 cup of the mozzarella cheese, the oregano, basil, garlic powder and tomato paste; spoon over Parmesan cheese.
• Stir Bisquick mix, milk, pepper and eggs until blended. Pour over chicken mixture.
• Bake 35 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake 5 to 8 minutes or longer or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes.

IMPOSSIBLE CHICKEN PARMIGIANA PIE

Steps:

• Heat oven to 400.
• Grease pie 10 inch pie plate.
• Layer cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese in pie plate.
• Mix chicken, 1/2 cup of the mozzarella,garlic powder, oregano, basil and tomato paste.
• Spoon over Parmesan cheese.
• Beat remaining ingredients in blender on high 15 seconds or 1 min with hand mixer until smooth.
• Pour into pie plate.
• Bake 30 minutes.
• Top with remaining mozzerlla and bake 5 to 8 minutes longer or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
• Cool 5 minutes and serve.

IMPOSSIBLE CHICKEN PARMIGIANA PIE

Steps:

• 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a deep-dish pie pan.
• 2. Layer cottage cheese & Parmesan in pie pan.
• 3. Mix together chicken, 1/2 cup of the mozzarella, spices & paste; Spoon over Cheeses in pie pan.
• 4. Beat the milk, eggs, bisquick & pepper in a blender on high for about 15 seconds or with a wire whisk about 1 minute..til smooth. Pour over chicken.
• 5. Bake 30 minutes; sprinkle with the rest of mozzarella cheese and bake 5-8 minutes longer or til knife inserted near center comes out clean.
