- 1. In bowl, beat or whisk all ingredients EXCEPT fish. Chop up meat (more like chicken for chicken salad) Stir until blended. Chill a couple hours while flavors marinate. Serve with crackers.

- Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour to chill. Serve chilled.
