I FOUND IT MOM'S SALISBURY STEAK RECIPE
Could not find my copie of this recipe then remembered I gave it to oldest daughter so got ahold of her and here it is, Mom usually made this every Thursday night it was one of my favorites.

Steps:
- 1. Combine ground beef, salt, eggs, onion,ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce.
- 2. Mix well shape into patties roll in flour and brown in pan.
- 3. When brown remove from pan put in baking dish.
- 4. Mix mushroom soup and mushrooms with water, pour over patties.
- 5. Bake in 350 oven for 45 minutes.

- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, panko breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning, egg, ketchup, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and garlic.
- Form into 4 oval patties about ¾ inch thick.
- Heat olive oil in a large deep skillet over medium high heat. Add the steaks and cook until golden brown, about 4 to 5 minutes on each side. (Steaks do not need to be fully cooked at this time.) Remove steaks to a plate and set aside.

- In a large bowl, measure and combine the ground beef with the onion, eggs, bread crumbs, Worcestershire, milk, salt and pepper. Divide mixture into 8 even portions and form into oval patties.
- In a large, deep skillet, heat 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil over medium heat. Brown four patties evenly, about 4-5 minutes each side and remove. Add remaining 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil and repeat browning the next four patties. Remove from pan and set aside.
- In remaining pan juices, cook mushrooms until tender, about 3 minutes. Remove from pan. (If there isn't enough grease left, add in another tablespoon of olive oil.)
- For the gravy, melt butter in same hot pan. Sprinkle in flour and whisk to create a paste. Cook one minute. Whisk in beef consommé and beef broth and bring to boil to thicken. Reduce heat to simmer and stir in Worcestershire sauce and dijon mustard. Taste and add salt and pepper as needed.

- In a large bowl, gently combine beef, oats, Worcestershire, ½ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and milk. Shape into 4 ½-inch thick oval patties and place on a parchment-lined tray. Cover loosely and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight.
- Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the patties until browned on both sides (about 3 minutes per side). Transfer to a plate.
- Melt remaining 3 tablespoons of butter in the skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes. Add mushrooms and ½ teaspoon salt and cook for about 5 more minutes. Stir in tomato paste and flour; cook for 2 minutes. Gradually pour in the broth and wine, stir constantly. Bring to a simmer.
- Return the browned patties to the skillet. Cover, reduce the heat to medium-low, and cook for 12-15 more minutes, or until the patties are cooked through. Taste and season the gravy with salt and pepper, if necessary.
