Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°. In a small saucepan, melt butter. Stir in the flour, salt and pepper until smooth. Gradually add milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir until thickened and bubbly, 2 minutes. , In a greased 2-1/2-qt. baking dish, layer with a third of the potatoes, half of the hot dogs and half of the onion. Repeat layers. Top with remaining potatoes. Pour white sauce over all., Bake, covered, for 1 hour. Uncover; sprinkle with cheese. Bake until potatoes are tender, 10-15 minutes longer.

- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
- Spread 1 can of chili and beans in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Roll up franks inside tortillas and place in baking dish, seam side down, on top of chili and bean 'bed'. Top with remaining can of chili and beans, and sprinkle with cheese.
- Cover baking dish with aluminum foil, and bake at 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) for 30 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. Tear up the hot dog buns and arrange the pieces in the bottom of the dish evenly. Slice the hot dogs into bite size pieces and layer the pieces over the buns.
- Pour the chili over the hot dogs, sprinkle with the chopped onion, then spread some mustard over the chili and the onion. Top off with the cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 350°. In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink, breaking it into crumbles; drain. Stir in enchilada sauce and salsa; set aside. , Place 2 tortillas, overlapping as necessary, in the bottom of a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Cover with a third of the meat mixture. Top with 1 cup corn; sprinkle with 1-1/3 cups cheese. Repeat layers once, then top with remaining tortillas, meat and cheese. , Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes or until bubbly., Freeze Option: Cover and freeze unbaked casserole. To use, partially thaw in refrigerator overnight. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Preheat oven to 350°. - Grill hot dogs.
- Combine picante sauce and chili.
- Heat tortillas in microwave or in a skillet.
- Place cheese slices in tortillas.
- Place hot dogs in middle of tortillas and roll tortilla so hot dog and cheese is enclosed.
- Preset oven for 350°F.
- Pour half picante chili mixture in casserole dish.
- Place hot dogs wrapped in tortillas into the casserole.
- Top with remaining picante chili mixture.
- Cook in oven for 20 minutes.
- Take out of oven and top with chese chopped onion and green chiles.
- Place back in oven until cheese has melted.
- Take out cool and enjoy.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil; cook the rotini at a boil until tender yet firm to the bite, about 8 minutes; drain.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat; cook and stir onions until translucent, 8 to 10 minutes. Transfer onions to a large bowl and mix cooked rotini, tomato soup, hot dogs, corn with its juice, dill pickle relish, and yellow mustard into onions. Pour mixture into a baking dish.

- Heat oven to 350°F.
- In large bowl, combine hot dogs, soup,corn, onion and mix well.
- Spoon into ungreased 2 quart casserole and set aside.
- In medium sauce pan, bring water, margarine, onion powder and garlic powder to boil.

- Add egg and blend well.

- Brown beef, with onions and jalapenos.
- Drain; add the Taco mix as directed.
- Spray a casserole-baking dish with oil spray.
- (Large enough dish to be able to place tortillas flat).
- Add the flour tortillas in layers.
- Spread each tortilla with 1-2 tablespoons of beans.
- Distribute desired amount of meat mixture on beans.
- Spread beans and meat with 2-3 tablespoons of enchilada sauce.
- Add some olives.
- Add some cheese.
- Continue to layer until desired amout of tortillas are used, stopping with beans, meat, sauce, and cheese.
- Cover and bake in 350 degree oven until hot and bubbly (about 45 min) or heat until hot in microwave.
- Cool 15-20 min. before serving.
- It will set up better.
- This will reheat in microwave in no time, it also, freezes well in single serving section.
- Thaw before reheating.
- I like to save a little sauce and cheese to use before reheating, the casserole absorbs them.
