Hot Dog Burritos Recipes

CHILI DOG BURRITO

Steps:

• Lay tortilla out and place cheese, onion, jalapeno and bacon in center of tortilla evenly, leaving room at each end to tuck in and roll into a burrito. Cut hot dog in half lengthwise, not cutting all the way through, then butterfly the hot dog open and add to burrito. Top with the french fries, Red Chili and sour cream and roll it up burrito style!
• Brown meat in a very large pot, then add the chili beans, tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili powder, granulated garlic, onion, cumin, bouillon, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Stir together and let simmer for 30 minutes.

CHILI CHEESE BURRITOS

Steps:

• Lay a tortilla on a flat surface. Arrange about 1/2 cup chili in the middle of the tortilla. Top with 1/2 cup rice and 1/4 cup cheese. Sprinkle with cilantro if desired.
• Fold two sides of the burrito in, then fold the remaining two sides over to form a small packet. Please seam-side down on a plate. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling ingredients.
• Preheat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Coat lightly with nonstick spray if desired. Heat the filled burritos on one side until golden brown, 3 to 5 minutes. Carefully flip and continue heating on the second side.
• Serve with salsa and sour cream if desired.

JODIE'S RED CHILI SMOTHERED BURRITO DOG

Steps:

• 1. Heat your chili up in a sauce pan, you can add 2 TBSP or sour cream to the chili while heating and reserve the rest to put in or on your dog burrito....Heat Hot Dogs on stove or in microwave....Heat tortillas on grill till they are warm....Prepare your toppings
• 2. On a dinner plate place your tortilla and hot dog, a little chili, a small amount of sour cream, a small amount of cheese, fold in both sides and roll turning seam side down and spoon chili on top...You can sprinkle cheese on top and eat or you can top burrito and chili with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, sour cream, cheese, and salsa....Enjoy

HOT DOG TACOS

Steps:

• 1. Add some oil to a large skillet. Saute the onion until softened. Add the hot dogs and cherry tomatoes. Season with the Mexican oregano.
• 2. Cook the tortillas in a skillet with a little oil until charred a bit.
• 3. Fill the tortillas with the hot dog mixture and top with cheese, cilantro, pickled mustard greens, salsa and sour cream
