Steps:
- Mix the honey, mustards, and lemon juice together. Place the salmon fillets on a lightly greased shallow baking tin. Brush with the honey glaze. Cover and leave to marinate for 15 minutes.
- Preheat the broiler to high and cook the salmon, skin side first for 7-8 minutes, turning after 5 minutes. Brush with marinade 2-3 times during cooking. Sprinkle the top with chopped dill at the end of cooking.
- Place the remaining glaze in a small pan and heat until just bubbling. Serve the salmon steaks drizzled with the remaining glaze. Garnish with lemon wedges and serve with peas, if wished.

- Prepare barbeque grill.
- In a small cup or bowl combine honey and mustard.
- Place foil on barbeque grill. Poke holes in the foil about 3-inches apart.
- Place salmon on foil.
- Baste salmon with honey/mustard mixture.
- Turn fish and baste other side.
- Grill until fish is done.

Basil gives these salmon a good flavor, If you don't like basil use your favorite herb. These are marinated in refrigerator for 1 hour, time not included. The recipe comes from a local paper.

- Place salmon steaks in shallow baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix together oil, lemon juice, mustard and garlic; stir in basil; season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread mixture over Steaks, cover loosely and allow to marinate refrigerated for 1 hour.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes or until salmon flakes with a fork, Enjoy.
