HONEY BOURBON STEAK
Tender, juicy steak marinated in a Bourbon Steak Marinade. This Honey Bourbon Steak recipe makes the best steak ever!

Steps:
- Combine the first 7 ingredients in a resealable plastic food storage bag. Place steaks in bag, remove as much air as possible ad seal it. Flip steak over a few times to coat with marinade.
- Place bag in refrigerator for at least two hours and up to eight hours, flip the bag every few hours if possible.
- Heat grill to medium high heat. Remove steak from marinade and blog off the excess moisture with paper towel.
- Place steak on hot grill. Cook for 4-5 minutes on first side Turn steaks over and continue to grill 3-5 minutes for medium rare (internal temperature 135 degrees F), 5 to 7 minutes for medium (140 degrees F) or 8-10 minutes for medium-well (150 degrees F).
- Transfer steak to cutting board and allow to rest for 5 minutes so that juices are redistributed throughout the meat.
- Thinly slice, going against the grain at about a 35-45 degree angle.

Quick & easy steak marinade recipe made of soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, onion, garlic, honey, olive oil, and fresh herbs.

- In a medium-sized bowl whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, red onion, honey, green onions, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- In a small bowl add ¼ cup of the steak marinade and red wine vinegar, set aside.
- Add steak to a baking dish or large resealable plastic bag.
- Pour the marinade over, cover, and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Press out the excess air if using a ziplock bag.
- Flip steak over and marinate an additional 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Remove the steak from the marinade and pat dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture from the surface.
- Discard marinade.
- Cook steaks using the desired cooking method, such as pan sear, reverse sear, or grill.
- Transfer steak to a cutting board and tent with foil for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Pour reserved marinade over the steak or serve on the side.

- Whisk together the ketchup, pineapple juice, cider vinegar, liquid smoke, onion powder, cumin crushed red pepper, oregano and garlic in a shallow baking dish. Put a layer of honey on both sides of the steaks and place the steaks in the marinade, tossing to cover both sides. Leave for 2 to 4 hours.
- Remove the steaks from the marinade and pat dry. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and grill to desired doneness.
