- PREPARE brownie mix as directed on package.
- Pour into greased 13x9 inch baking pan.
- BEAT cream cheese until smooth.
- Add sugar, mix until blended.
- Add egg and vanilla; mix just until blended.
- POUR cream cheese mixture over brownie mixture; stir through batter for marble effect.
- BAKE at 350F degrees for 35-40 minutes or until cream cheese mixture is lightly browned.
- Cool; cut into squares.
- *Nuts can be added if you'd like.

- Heat oven at 350.
- Spray a 9" pie pan with cooking spray and flour;& set aside.
- Prepare brownie mix as box states.
- Evenly pour brownie mixture into pan.
- Bake 10 minutes.
- While baking,In a mixing bowl,combine cream cheese,sugar,vanilla extract& egg whites.
- Pour mixture over the brownie layer.
- With spoon,spread melted chocolate over cream cheese layer.
- Cut through the chocolate mixture& cheese mixture many times to create marbled look.
- Bake for 35 minutes or until center is set.

- Heat oven to 325°F. Mix cookie crumbs and butter in small bowl. Press evenly in bottom of springform pan, 10x3 or 9x3 inches. Refrigerate while preparing filling.
- Beat cream cheese in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Gradually beat in sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Beat in vanilla, melted baking chips and half-and-half until blended. Pour over crust; smooth top.
- Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until center is set; cool 15 minutes. Run metal spatula around side of cheesecake to loosen. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours, but no longer than 48 hours. Remove side of pan. Top cheesecake with strawberries. Garnish with mint leaves. Store covered in refrigerator.

- Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan). Grease (or use cooking spray) bottom only of 9-inch square pan.
- Make brownie batter as directed on box.--except spread brownie batter in pan. In medium bowl, beat cream cheese with electric mixer on low speed until creamy; beat in sugar, vanilla and 1 egg until well blended. Drop by tablespoonfuls over brownie batter in pan. Cut through batter with knife several times for marbled design.
- Bake 37 to 41 minutes or until cream cheese mixture is light brown. Immediately spread fruit on top. Cool completely, about 2 hours. Store covered in refrigerator.
- For serving pieces, cut into 4 rows by 4 rows.

- Make the cheesecake layer first. In a stand mixer fit with the paddle attachment beat all the cheesecake ingredients together until combined, about 2 minutes.
- Now make the brownie layer. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Remove from microwave, stir in sugar. Microwave the mixture for 30 more seconds. Stir again and melt for 60 seconds more.
- Remove mixture from the microwave and stir the bittersweet chocolate into the hot mixture to melt it completely. If the chocolate doesn’t melt completely, put it in the microwave for another 15 seconds.
- Add eggs and egg yolk and the vanilla extract, beating until combined. Add the flour, cocoa powder and salt and mix until combined.
