HEATH BAR CAKE
Chocolate cake infused with caramel, topped with whipped cream and toffee bits. Amazing!

Steps:
- Bake your cake mix according to directions, using a 9x13" pan. Cool for about 15 minutes.
- Use the handle of a wooden spoon to poke holes all over the cake, about an inch apart. (Try not to poke them all the way to the bottom or the sauce will pool in the bottom of the pan and make the cake soggy.)
- Pour the sweetened condensed milk slowly over the cake, trying to get most of the sauce into the holes. Do the same thing with the caramel sauce.
- Sprinkle with about a third of the crushed Heath bars. Cool completely, then cover and chill for at least an hour, or overnight.
- Before serving, beat the heavy cream in a mixing bowl till soft peaks form. Beat in the powdered sugar and vanilla till well combined.
- Spread whipped cream over the top of the cake. Sprinkle remaining Heath pieces on top before serving.
- Refrigerate any leftovers. Cake is even better the next day!

HEATH BAR ICE CREAM CAKE
I have never made this recipe. Every year for many years a girlfriend of mine would make it for my birthday and it was my present! She has a new. very busy life now so I have been missing the ice cream cake for too many years. Found the recipe on the internet today and am so excited to have it! Even if I have to make it for myself. Cooking time is freezing time.

Steps:
- Layer the bottom of a 8 inch round springform pan with 1 1/4 cups of the macaroons.
- Spread chocolate ice cream evenly over the crumbs.
- Sprinkle 4 of the crushed Heath bars over the ice cream.
- Dribble 3 tablespoons of the chocolate syrup and 2 tablespoons of the Kahlua over chocolate ice cream.
- Cover with remaining macaroons.
- Top evenly with vanilla ice cream.
- Sprinkle remaining crushed Heath bars over ice cream, then the chocolate syrup and Kahlua.
- Cover and freeze for at least 8 hours or overnight.
- When ready to serve, run the blade of a kitchen knife around the edges of the pan, remove the sides and place the ice cream cake on a serving platter.
- Slice and serve.
- Note: Place Heath bars in freezer until frozen.
- They are then easily broken with a mallet.
- Variations: Other cookies, such as chocolate wafers or vanilla wafers can be used intead of macaroons.

HEATH BAR CAKE(EASY DESSERT RECIPE)

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease the bottom and sides of a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray or butter. Or, line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, beat together cake mix, eggs, oil, and water for 1-2 minutes, or until well-combined.
- Pour the cake batter into the greased/lined pan. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool slightly for 10-15 minutes. Then, poke holes into the warm cake with a large fork or skewer.
- Pour caramel and sweetened condensed milk over the cake. Allow the cake to cool completely.
- Spread whipped topping evenly over the cake and top with chopped Heath bars. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Serve chilled, and enjoy!

CARAMELIZED HEATH BAR COFFEE ICE-CREAM CAKE
This ice-cream cake is part of my husband's birthday celebration every year. He loves heath bars and coffee ice cream and once trying it, said it was the best cake he's ever had. His older brother tried it when he came to visit us and had two servings! This recipe is very easy to customize to your liking. You can use any type of candy or flavor ice cream to get the desired effect. I.e. use peanut butter cups instead of heath bars, use chocolate ice cream instead of coffee ice cream, and use chocolate sauce instead of caramel sauce. I prepared this ahead of time and did the final step the next morning.

Steps:
- For crust, heat butter in pan mix in crushed graham crackers.
- Pour mixture in 9" pan and press down firmly.
- Slice pound cake into chunks and start the cake with one thin layer of pound cake chunks on top of crust.
- For ice cream layer, mix crushed heath bars into ice cream (reserve some for garnish) and then stir in caramel sauce.
- Spoon 1/3rd of ice cream mixture on top of pound cake layer.
- Repeat layering of ice cream mixture and pound cake until ingredients are gone.
- Put pan in freezer for several hours or overnight.
- Once frozen, take cake out of pan and frost with a coat of cool whip. Sprinkle the remaining heath bars on top.

- Heat oven to 350° F. Spray bottom only of 13 x 9-inch pan with cooking spray.
- In large bowl, mix brownie mix, oil, water and eggs until well blended. Stir in peanuts. Bake 24 to 26 minutes or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out almost clean. Remove brownie from oven to cooling rack. Cool 30 minutes.
- Spread 1/2 cup of the caramel sauce on top of brownie. Place in freezer 10 minutes. Remove pan from freezer, and evenly spread softened chocolate ice cream on top of caramel layer. Return to freezer 1 hour.
- Remove pan from freezer, and evenly spread softened caramel ice cream on top of chocolate ice cream layer. Cover, and place in freezer about 3 hours or until firm.
- When ready to serve, spread whipped topping on top of frozen cake. Sprinkle chopped candy bars over top. Drizzle with remaining 1/4 cup caramel sauce and the chocolate syrup. Cut into 5 rows by 4 rows. Store covered in freezer.

- Mix cookie crumbs and margarine together and press in bottom of 13x9 cake pan.
- Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes.
- Cool.
- Mix ice cream and pudding mix together well.
- Pour over cooled crust.
- Spread cool whip over top.
- Sprinkle with crushed candy bars.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until ready to serve.

- Using a sharp knife, cut the candy bars into 1/4- to 1/2-inch chunks. You should have about a cup. Place the chunks in a bowl, cover and freeze overnight.
- Whisk the eggs in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy, 1 to 2 minutes. Whisk in the sugar, a little at a time, and continue whisking until completely blended, about 1 minute more. Pour in the cream, milk and vanilla extract, and whisk to blend.
- Transfer the mixture to an ice cream maker and freeze, following the manufacturer's instructions.
