Steps:
- Heat oil in a skillet over high heat. Add ground beef. Stir fry, breaking up the pieces with a spatula, for about 7-10 minutes, until the beef is browned and moisture has evaporated.
- Stir taco seasoning into the ground beef until well combined. If you like, you can also add 1/4 cup of water when adding the seasoning and let it simmer a bit.
- Meanwhile, combine all remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Add the ground beef. Toss everything together.

- In a small skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in water and taco seasoning. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Cool slightly., Divide the salad greens between two salad bowls or plates. Top with beans, half of the tortilla chips and the beef mixture. Sprinkle with cheese, tomato, onion, olives and remaining chips; drizzle with salad dressings.

Steps:
- In a large skillet, cook and crumble beef over medium-high heat until no longer pink, 8-10 minutes. Using a slotted spoon, transfer beef to a 5-qt. slow cooker., Rinse and drain beans and hominy. Add to beef, along with canned tomatoes and green chilies, tomato sauce, onion, the dressing and seasoning mixes and pepper. Puree green chilies and remaining diced tomatoes in a covered blender until smooth; stir into beef mixture., Cook, covered, on low until flavors are blended, 6-8 hours. Serve with toppings as desired., Freeze option: Freeze cooled chili in freezer containers. To use, partially thaw in refrigerator overnight. Heat through in a saucepan, stirring occasionally and adding a little water if necessary.

Steps:
- Brown ground beef with onion. Drain & return to pan. Add taco seasoning & prepare as directed on package. Set meat aside to cool.
- Mix beans, corn, and cheese in a large bowl. Add cooled beef. Add half a bottle of Catalina dressing and about half the Fritos. Mix well.
- Add Catalina dressing to taste. Serve over remaining Fritos or rice.
