GREEN TOMATO AND STRAWBERRY SALAD

Steps:

• Slice 4 green heirloom tomatoes into thin wedges and toss with 1 1/2 cups sliced strawberries. Whisk 1/2 cup buttermilk, 2 tablespoons vegetable oil and 1 teaspoon each white wine vinegar and kosher salt in a small bowl. Drizzle over the salad and sprinkle with cilantro; season with pepper.

BRUSCHETTA WITH STRAWBERRY AND TOMATO SALAD

Steps:

• In a medium bowl, combine the strawberries, tomatoes, garlic, basil, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Let rest for 30 minutes, stirring now and then.
