1-6 Eggs (Quantity optional)
1 bowl Ice or cold water

Steps:

  • Preheat air fryer 2-5 minutes at 250 - 300ºF (120-150ºC)
  • Add the eggs to the fryer basket and set the temp at 300ºF and the timer to 12-14 minutes
  • Finally, take the eggs out and put them in a bowl of cold water, prepared to cool them down and make them easier to peel.

Steps:

  • Place egg into air fryer, not overlapping. ** For best results allow eggs to sit on counter for at least 10 minutes vs. straight out of the very cold fridge.
  • Turn machine on, close lid, and set to 270 degrees for: 10 minutes for runny yolks, 14 minutes for yellow but soft yolks (I will say these are perfect), 15 minutes for perfect yolks that are hard but not overcooked so they turn gray
  • Remove immediately and put into a bowl filled with cold water and ice cubes.
  • Once cooled remove shells and enjoy.

  • Arrange the eggs in your air fryer basket, leaving space between each egg.
  • Set the air fryer to 270 degrees.
  • Cook the eggs between 9 and 12 minutes, depending on how hard you'd like the yolk. For a softer yolk, cook for 9 minutes. For a hard yolk, cook for 12 minutes.
  • Immediately remove the eggs from the air fryer and place in a bowl filled with ice water. Let cool for 10 minutes before peeling and serving.

Steps:

  • Place the air fryer basket, trivet, or rack in the cooking pot and place the eggs on top, without stacking them. Set the temperature to 300 degrees Fahrenheit (approximately 150°C) and time to 13 minutes, then air fry (see notes).
  • Once the cooking time is over, use a large kitchen spoon to transfer the eggs to a bowl filled with ice-cold water (or an ice water bath, if you have some ice cubes in your freezer).
  • Allow the eggs to cool for about 5-10 minutes before peeling. Once cooled, crack the bottom part of the egg using a spoon and peel. Season with some salt and pepper or with your preferred seasonings and serve!
