HAM AND SWISS WAFFLES
Waffles turn savory with this delicious ham and cheese twist. Add a fried egg, and your breakfast or dinner is complete.

- Heat waffle maker; lightly brush with vegetable oil, if necessary. In medium bowl, stir Bisquick™ mix, milk, oil, egg, ham and shredded cheese.
- Pour 1/2 cup batter onto center of hot waffle maker. (Waffle makers vary in size; check manufacturer's directions for recommended amount of batter.) Close lid of waffle maker. Bake according to manufacturer's directions until steaming stops and waffle is golden brown; carefully remove waffle. Repeat with remaining batter. Serve with a dollop of sour cream and chopped chives.

- Place ham steaks in a large skillet. In a small bowl, combine water and mustard; pour over ham. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 3-4 minutes on each side or until heated through. Remove from the heat; stir in sour cream and onions.

- Sprinkle remaining cheese over the top.
- Bake, uncovered, in a 350° oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
