Grouper Nuggets In Air Fryer Recipes

AIR FRYER CHICKEN NUGGETS

Steps:

• Mix buttermilk and chicken in a large bowl and let soak while you prepare the seasoned flour.
• Combine flour, Parmesan cheese, paprika, parsley, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Beat eggs in a separate bowl. Pour bread crumbs onto a flat plate.
• Dredge each chicken nugget first in flour, then in beaten egg, and finally coat in breadcrumbs.
• Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Spray the basket with cooking spray. Place as many nuggets into the basket as you can without overcrowding. Lightly mist the tops of the nuggets with cooking spray.
• Cook for 10 minutes. Flip chicken nuggets and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Remove and repeat with remaining nuggets.

AIR-FRIED FISH NUGGETS

Steps:

• Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
• Cut mahi mahi fillets into 1 1/2-inch sized nuggets.
• Prepare a breading station with flour in 1 shallow dish, beaten egg in another shallow dish, and fish fry coating in a third shallow dish.
• Dip the fish nuggets first in flour, then egg, and then into the breadcrumbs. Place nuggets in batches into the air fryer basket. Spray with cooking spray.
• Air fry for 12 minutes. Repeat with remaining nuggets. Serve immediately.

GROUPER NUGGETS

Steps:

• Cut the grouper fillets in half lengthwise.
• Then cut into 1 inch strips. (use scissors).
• Place nuggets of grouper in a bowl with the buttermilk and hot sauce.
• Refrigerate 30-60 minutes.
• Heat oil in a pot or heat your electric fryer.
• Using your hand, strain out the buttermilk and then crack the egg into the bowl.
• Mix the egg around.
• Put the crackers, garlic salt, and pepper into a food processor and process until pretty finely ground. (not too fine).
• Put the crackers onto a plate and coat the nuggets one at a time, dropping into the hot oil as you go.
• These fry up really quick (in like 2 minutes).
• Serve with cocktail sauce.
