Steps:
- Cut pork into 1-in. slices; flatten to 1/2-in. thickness. Place in a 15x10x1-in. baking pan coated with cooking spray. Brush oil over all sides of pork; sprinkle with half of the sesame seeds. , Broil 4-6 in. from the heat for 3-5 minutes; turn and sprinkle with remaining sesame seeds. Broil 3-5 minutes longer or until meat juices runs clear., Meanwhile, in a saucepan, saute garlic in butter for 1 minute. Stir in milk and cream cheese. Reduce heat; cook and stir until blended and smooth. Stir in chives. Serve with pork.

- In a large skillet, saute carrot and onion in butter for 2 minutes. Add the pork; brown on all sides. Stir in the broth, lemon juice, lemon zest, thyme, pepper and bay leaf. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 16-18 minutes or until a thermometer reads 160° and juices run clear. Remove meat and keep warm., Strain pan juices, discarding vegetables and bay leaf. Return 1/4 cup to skillet. Combine flour and cream until smooth; stir into pan juices. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Serve with pork; sprinkle with parsley.

- Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and onion, and sauté until the onion begins to soften, about 2 minutes.
- Add the ground pork and cook, stirring regularly, for 5 minutes or until the meat is lightly browned. Stir in the fish sauce.
- Add the tomato sauce and water. Stir, cover and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the carrots, potato and bell pepper, and cook for 10 minutes. Add the green peas and raisins, and cook for another 5 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with steamed rice.

- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Season pork chops with salt and pepper, and arrange in a single layer in pan. Pan-fry for 2 minutes on each side to brown. Pour in wine, and continue cooking for 6 minutes. Remove chops from pan.

Steps:
- - In a large sauce or saute pan, brown pork.
- - As it cooks add leek, carrot and celery.
- - Add garlic and mushroom.
- - After the mushrooms have released most of their water add chicken stock.
- - Bring to light boil and return to low simmer, begin to slowly add cream and vermouth. Stir in sour cream.
- - Add rosemary and bay leaf, thyme and red pepper.
- - As sauce is simmering, make a roux in a separate pan. Melt butter and slowly whisk in flour to do this. You should have a paste.
- - Add this slowly to the sauce to thicken it.
- - In the meantime, cook noodles as directed.
- After sauce has thickened, add sherry if desired. Let simmer for a few minutes and then top the noodles with it!
- - I put fresh parsley on top and thought it was a very nice addition!

- In a shallow dish, stir together egg, water, rosemary, black pepper, and garlic powder.
