2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/3 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup finely grated carrots
1/2 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2-1/2 to 3 pounds fish fillets (cod, whitefish, haddock, etc.)
Paprika

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the first 11 ingredients and mix well. In a greased 13-in. x 9-in. microwave-safe dish, arrange the fillets with stuffing between them. Moisten paper towels with water; place over fish. Cook 9-11 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork, rotating dish occasionally. Sprinkle with paprika.

Take simple white fish meat and turn it into a dish worthy of a happy tummy. We've gathered the most simple ingredients for a perfect meal.

20 oz or seabass, skin-on whitefish fillets
4 tbsp plus more for brushing olive oil
½ cup soy sauce
4 tbsp minced garlic
grilled vegetables
steamed rice
fresh, chopped dill

Steps:

  • Combine the garlic and the soy sauce in a bowl.
  • Marinate the fillets in the marinade for 15 minutes to 20 minutes.
  • Prepare the grill by setting it to high heat. Brush the surface with olive oil. Use a pastry brush.
  • Remove from marinade the brush with olive oil.
  • Place the fillets on the hot grill skin side up.
  • Cook for 2 to 3 minutes and then flip the fillets over.
  • Cook for another 3 to 5 minutes until the fish is slightly opaque.
  • Serve alongside steamed rice and any grilled vegetable of your choice. You may also garnish with some fresh dill. Enjoy!

4 (4-ounce) whitefish fillets, boneless, skinless
4 tablespoons Dijon mustard
8 tablespoons bread crumbs
Salt and pepper
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
Serving suggestion: potatoes, broccoli, or any favorite vegetable

Steps:

  • Preheat a grill.
  • Coat each fillet of fish with a thick layer of Dijon mustard. Dip each fillet in bread crumbs and season with salt and pepper.
  • Brush a hot grill with the oil, and place each fillet on the grill. Grill for approximately 5 minutes, flip, and grill other side until done.
