Ingredients

2 medium russet potatoes, peeled
2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons ground cumin
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/8 teaspoon pepper
DIP:
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Steps:

Cut each russet and sweet potato lengthwise into eight wedges; place in two greased 15x10x1-in. baking pans. Drizzle with oil. Combine the seasonings; sprinkle over potatoes and toss to coat., Bake at 400° for 25-30 minutes or until tender, turning once. , In a small bowl, combine the dip ingredients. Serve with potatoes.

Ingredients

1 russet potato, sliced into 8 wedges
1 sweet potato, cut into 8 wedges
1/3 cup lemonade
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 chipotle chile in adobo, minced
salt, to taste
fresh cracked pepper

Steps:

In a large zip lock bag add all ingredients, mix to evenly coat potatoes. Seal and let sit for 1 hour.
On a heavy duty aluminum foil place potatoes alternating slices of russet and sweet.
Pour marinade over all. enclose to cover.
On a preheat grill cook for 10 minutes.
Remove from foil and char on grill to get grill marks on each side.
Enjoy!

1 large sweet potato, uniform in shape
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt and pepper

Steps:

Place a steamer tray in a saucepan, add water, cover, and bring to a boil.
Once water is boiling, peel sweet potato and slice crosswise into 1 1/2 inch rounds. Add potatos to pan and steam 11 minutes.
After potatos are cool enough to handle, coat them with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Grill over medium heat until nicely browned, turning once.
****Don't peel the potatos until they're ready to go in the boiling water or they will turn brown on you.*******.
