Grilled tilapia is the perfect excuse to fire up your outdoor grill. This recipe is super easy and packed full of great flavor.

Steps:
- Slice lemon into half rings. Butter into small chunks.
- Make small incisions on tilapia. Season all sides generously. Stuff it with butter and lemon slices.
- Grill tilapia at 450 °F for about 5 minutes on each side. Depending on the size of the fish, you may need to grill longer.

- In a large skillet, saute onion and celery in 1/4 cup butter until tender. Remove from the heat; stir in the crab, bread crumbs, mayonnaise, egg, pimientos and seafood seasoning. Spread 1/3 cup crab mixture over fillets. Roll up each from the pointed end; secure with toothpicks., Place seam side down in a greased 9-in. square baking pan. Melt remaining butter; drizzle over fish. Sprinkle with salt and paprika., Bake, uncovered, at 400° until fish just begins to flake easily with a fork, 25-30 minutes. Discard toothpicks. - Preheat grill to medium-high heat, about 375-425 degrees F.
- Cut 4 large squares of aluminum foil, place on a baking sheet and fold up edges to form pouch.
- Place fish on the bottom of foil. Drizzle with olive oil (about 1 teaspoon per fillet) and sprinkle with garlic powder and salt.
- Divide corn, peppers, onion, and grape tomatoes over the top of the fish. Drizzle with remaining olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Fold sides of aluminum foil together, to create a tent and roll edges together, ensuring there are no gaps as you fold the sides together.
- Place foil packets directly over heat and cook for 10 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily. Set fish aside. If you aren't eating the meal immediately, be sure to open up the packets to vent or they will continue cooking.
- Meanwhile, brush bread with olive oil and sprinkle lightly with salt. Grill bread for about 2-4 minutes per side, or until lightly charred.

GRILLED TILAPIA
Steps:
- Mix olive oil, lemon pepper, cumin, paprika, dried mustard, and garlic powder together in a small bowl. Brush each tilapia fillet with mixture using a pastry brush. Flip; brush the other side. Cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil the grate.
- Spray a large piece of foil with cooking spray and place on the grill. Transfer tilapia onto the foil.
- Cook fillets on the preheated grill until they're easily flaked with a fork, about 5 minutes per side. Serve.

GRILLED TILAPIA
Steps:
- Heat the grill. Cut the fillet in 1/2 lengthwise. Lightly season the fish with the cumin, cayenne, paprika, and salt. Coat each piece in olive oil and grill, 3 to 4 minutes on each side. To plate, begin by covering a dinner plate with a layer of Cashew Yogurt Sauce. Place the pieces of grilled tilapia in the center, overlapping one another. Top the fish with the Tilapia Salad and place the tangerine segments around the plate.
- Using a sharp pairing knife, remove the skin of the tangerine. Slice the tangerine into rings and remove any seeds. Mix the watercress, tangerine zest, and beets with the cashews. Serve with the grilled tilapia and Cashew Yogurt Sauce.
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth. Taste for seasoning.
PAN-SEARED TILAPIA
Steps:
- Rinse tilapia fillets in cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Season both sides of each fillet with salt and pepper. Place the flour in a shallow dish; gently press each fillet into the flour to coat and shake off the excess flour.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; cook the tilapia in the hot oil until the fish flakes easily with a fork, about 4 minutes per side. Brush the melted butter onto the tilapia in the last minute before removing from the skillet. Serve immediately.
