This Bacon & Avocado Grilled Cheese is the epitome of comfort food. Flavorful and delicious, this is the best grilled cheese sandwich I've ever tasted!

Steps:
- Cut avocado in half, scoop out the flesh, and cut into slices.
- Layer one slice of bread with 2 slices of cheese, avocado slices, bacon, remaining 2 slices of cheese, and top with remaining slice of bread.
- Melt half the butter in a skillet over medium to medium-high heat. When butter is melted and starts to foam, carefully place sandwich into the skillet. Cook for 2-4 minutes until bottom is golden brown and toasted. Carefully flip over, add remaining butter and cook for an additional 1-3 minutes until toasted. Serve warm and enjoy!!

- Spread 1 side of each bread slice with 1 teaspoon Butter with Canola Oil.
- Layer 1 slice bread, buttered-side down, with 1 slice cheese, 2 slices bacon, 3 wedges avocado, 2 slices tomato and 1 slice cheese. Top with 1 slice bread, buttered-side up.
- Heat 12-inch skillet or griddle over medium heat.
- Place 2 sandwiches into skillet; cook, turning once, 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted. Repeat with remaining sandwiches.

- In a small bowl, stir together: 1/2 cup mayo, 2 Tbsp sour cream and 2 tsp mustard.
- Focaccia bread, Sauce, Provolone Cheese, Chicken, bacon, lettuce, tomato, purple onion, avocado, salt & pepper and top it with the second piece of focaccia spread with sauce.
- Slice the sandwich in half and serve. This is a sandwich you'll make again and again. Keep this one in mind when you have company over and you want to impress them but don't have a ton of time to cook :).

- Heat a barbecue or grill.
- Stretch the dough. Place the dough on the hot barbecue. Allow to cook for approximately 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until brown on both sides.
- In a bowl add the rucola and season with freshly-squeezed lemon juice, olive oil, and salt. Mix together.
- Lay the dough flat on a plate and layer with prosciutto, rucola, and Parmigiano cheese. Fold the foccacia and serve like a sandwich
- Add the water to a bowl. Then add the yeast a little at a time and break up the cube of yeast with your hands.
- Add the flour on a smooth work surface and create a well in the center of the flour. Slowly add the yeast-water mixture, olive oil, and salt until the flour has absorbed the liquid. Knead the dough until the mixture becomes an even dough consistency. If necessary, add a little more flour to absorb any excess liquid.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal portions to make individual-size pizzas. Place on a lightly-floured surface or pan and cover with a cloth. Let rest for about an hour at room temperature or until the dough has doubled in size.
BACON FOCACCIA

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. In a metal bowl, whisk together milk, water, and sugar. Stir in yeast and 1 cup all-purpose flour; let stand in a warm place until bubbly, about 5 minutes. Stir in eggs, remaining 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, cake flour, 1 tablespoon salt, and cooked bacon. Using a stand mixer fitted with a dough hook, knead for 8 minutes. Work dough into a ball and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
- Pour 2 tablespoons olive oil onto a metal 9 by 13-inch baking dish. Transfer dough to baking dish and flatten with your fingers (make sure dough reaches edge of pan). Evenly scatter the roasted vegetables on top and gently press them into dough. Place in a warm spot and let rise again until doubled, about 20 minutes. Sprinkle with sea salt.
- Bake until evenly golden and, when turned out of the pan, bottom is browned, 12 minutes. Let cool completely 5 minutes in pan; remove to a wire rack to cool completely. Cut into squares to serve.

- Combine 2 tablespoons olive oil and the vinegar. Add the sliced tomatoes and toss gently to coat them. Set aside.
- Slice the avocadoes and sprinkle with the lemon juice to keep them from turning brown. Set aside.
- Heat a griddle or cast iron skillet over medium heat or preheat the broiler to high. Combine the remaining olive oil with the garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
