- Brush crust with oil. Spread spaghetti sauce over crust to within 1 in. of edges. Top with tomatoes, mushrooms, artichokes and olives if desired. Sprinkle with cheeses., Grill pizza, covered, over medium indirect heat for 12-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is lightly browned. Sprinkle with herbs during the last 5 minutes of cooking. Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing.

- Pre-Heat bbq to medium-low heat.
- Brush Top side of pizza lightly with olive oil.
- Place pizza on grill, top side down, and grill 5 minutes, or until nice grill marks appear and pizza starts to get a little crispy.
- Meanwhile, chop up red pepper and artichokes.
- Add red wine to pizza sauce and mix well.
- When pizza crust is lightly browned, bring it back inside.
- Chop garlic clove in half, and rub on grilled part of pizza.
- Top pizza with sauce, oregano, chicken, artichokes, red peppers, and both cheeses.
- Brush bottom side of pizza lightly with olive oil.
- Bring the pizza back to the bbq, place on grill, close lid, and cook until cheese melts (keep a very close eye on your pizza to make sure it doesnt burn).

GRILLED CHICKEN WITH PEPPERS AND ARTICHOKES
This elegant chicken dish with artichoke hearts, bell peppers and green onion is surprisingly easy to prepare.

- Drain marinade from artichoke hearts; cover and refrigerate artichokes. Mix marinade and wine in shallow glass or plastic dish. Add chicken and bell pepper, turning to coat with marinade. Cover and refrigerate, turning occasionally, at least 30 minutes but no longer than 24 hours.
- Heat coals or gas grill for direct heat.
- Remove chicken and peppers from marinade; reserve marinade. Cover and grill chicken 4 to 6 inches from medium heat 5 minutes. Turn chicken; add peppers to grill. Cover and grill 10 to 15 minutes longer or until peppers are tender and juice of chicken is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut.
- Strain marinade. Heat marinade, artichoke hearts, onions and pepper to boiling; boil and stir 1 minute. Serve artichoke sauce with chicken and peppers.

- Heat gas or charcoal grill to medium heat. Cut 14 x 14-inch piece of heavy duty foil; spray foil with cooking spray. Place dough on foil; starting at center press dough to 12-inch round. Place dough on grill, foil side down. Cook, uncovered, 3 minutes or until bottom of crust is light golden brown. Remove from grill.
- Meanwhile, in medium bowl, mix artichokes, mayonnaise, red pepper sauce and 1/4 cup of the cheese; set aside.
