Steps:
- Use rolling pin to flatten each bread slice to 5x3-1/2-inch rectangle. Cut off and discard crusts.
- Top bread with Singles pieces and ham; roll up tightly. Spread with dressing.
- Add roll-ups to small nonstick skillet; cook on medium heat 2 min. on each side or until Singles are melted and roll-ups are evenly browned.
- Serve with pepper strips and apple juice.

- Place bread slices in single layer on large sheet of wax paper. Use rolling pin to flatten each bread slice into 5x3-1/2-inch rectangle; spread evenly with mayo.
- Turn bread slices over; top each with one ham piece and one 2% Milk Singles half. Roll up tightly.
- Chop remaining Singles halves. Whisk flour and milk in saucepan until blended; cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat 2 to 3 min. or until slightly thickened. Remove saucepan from heat. Add chopped Singles; stir until completely melted. Keep warm.
- Place roll-ups, seam sides down, in large nonstick skillet; cook, turning occasionally, 3 to 4 min. or until Singles are melted and roll-ups are lightly browned.
- Pour cheese sauce into serving bowl; top with barbecue sauce. Serve with roll-ups.

Steps:
- Cut crust off the slices of bread. This makes the bread easier to roll and will hold the shape better.
- Flatten slices of bread with a rolling pin.
- Layer the slices of cheese on top of each slice of bread so that the cheese is offset from the bread by about 1 inch (2 ½ cm) vertically. Other fillings can be added here if desired.
- Roll each slice of bread with cheese vertically as tightly as possible without cracking the bread. Gently squeeze each roll to maintain its shape and set down on its seam.
- Melt the butter in a pan. Grill each roll starting with the seam side down on the hot pan.
- Rotate so that all sides are evenly golden brown.
- Enjoy!
