This was a holiday favorite when I was young and my mother made it. Since then, it has been one of two salads my kids request since childhood for all family get togethers espectally holidays

1 pkg pudding, pistachio
1 c pistachio nuts, chopped
1 container cool whip
1 bag mini marshmellows
1 can(s) pineapple, crushed, small

Steps:

1. Mix all together and let sit over night

My grandmother used to make this quick dessert for all of our family get togethers. My cousins and I used to fight over the last helping.

8 ounces whipped topping
8 ounces crushed pineapple
1 (3 1/2 ounce) package instant pistachio pudding mix
2 cups miniature marshmallows

Steps:

Combine whipped topping, pudding mix and crushed pineapple until fully integrated.
Mix in marshmallows and let sit for an hour or two or until marshmallows have softened.
